Hey Don, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do have an air bag kit that will work great on your 2007 Ford F-350 Dually 4x4 with a Reese 5th wheel rail kit. For that I recommend the following:

- Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2400

These are 5000 lb capacity air bags and they will do a great job stabilizing and leveling your truck with your 5th wheel hooked up. The brackets are made to be compatible with any in-bed 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch brackets, so there won't be any interference there.

You also have the option of adding an onboard compressor like the Firestone Air Command Standard Duty Air Compressor # F2158. This is a great addition if you plan to tow frequently and need to adjust the bags on the fly.

What 5th wheel are you hauling? How often will you be towing it?
