Question:

Is your Direct-Weld Square trailer Jack TJD-7000s manufactured by and the same as the Curt/Lippert 28575? Or is whoever the 3rd party manufacturer design to the Curt 28575 specifications? I have an old worn out Curt 28575 that needs many internal part. Curt/Lippert have some of the common gear parts and handle, but do not list a bearing for the screw, or the steel bushings has a flat on it to index and prevent spinning for the handle and under the screw gear. I cant find a parts list for it either to cross reference compatible parts. I see bushing that look like the ones I need from the TDJ-7000S. FYI, the Curt 28575 has a 7000 lb lift capacity, and a 8000 lb support capacity.

Hey Russ, thanks for the information! Our Square Direct Weld Jack item # TJD-7000S is made by RAM Trailer Products. Curt and Lippert use a different supplier for their jacks.

The only replacement parts I have available for your Curt/Lippert 28575 jack are the Replacement Gears item # C37ER. These are a different size than the ones included with the item # TJD-7000S.
