Is there a stealth hitch option for my 2021 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG? I need a hitch that can tow an auto transport trailer with a vehicle on board. If there is an option, is there a certified installer near me in Canton, GA 30115?

@BobC We consider "small trailer" something you can safely tow without weight distribution and comfortably under ~5,000 lbs loaded. 4x6 / 5x8 utility trailers Small enclosed cargo trailers Jet ski or small boat trailers Teardrop campers Lightweight pop-up campers

@Jamesd I’m towing an 18’ open featherlite trailer weighing about 1500 lbs with a 2,000 lb car on it, so I guess around 3,500 lbs fits the weight but not necessarily small.

@Bob Even though it’s an 18' car hauler, your total loaded weight is only around 3,500 lbs, which is what really matters. With the Stealth Hitch, “small trailer” basically means anything under about 5,000 lbs loaded, so you’re well within range. Main thing to watch is tongue weight, keep it around 350–500 lbs (10–15%) by positioning the car correctly and you’ll be in great shape. Hope that helps!
