2009 Monaco 2 step side mount automatic new steps and do I need attachment brackets

Hey Billy! The Lippert Electric Tread Lite Step for RVs # LC353621 you were looking at will work for your 2009 Monaco if you have an entry height of 19-1/2" to 22-1/2". This includes 32" wide × 7-3/4" tall × 18" deep brackets along with hardware for installation so you don't need to pick up brackets separately.
If you have a different entry height let me know in the comments below and I can see what else is available. Any trips coming up this summer with the Monaco?
