Hey Anthony, the instructions for Curt 4 pole harness # C56365 are linked below and here for you: https://www.etrailer.com/instructions.aspx?pn=C56365
We don't have individual fuses on our site, just fuse kits which would be really expensive to just get a few fuses. I'd go to your local auto parts or hardware store and get them for just a few bucks. You'll need a standard red 10A fuse, a mini yellow 20A fuse, a mini red 10A fuse, and 2 mini low-profile red 10A fuses. I've attached an image so you can follow along when sourcing them.
What happened to the old stuff?

Hi Anthony: The kit I got had all the fuses though they are pretty standard...and I keep extras in the fuse box under the hood as well...The relay was nice to have provided in the kit though... And to their credit, Honda had it all pre-configured. And even though my 2009 Honda Pilot of course only had the hitch receiver which makes legal towing a pain...it all worked perfectly! It's a little work to get the side kick panel stuff mounted(and don't drop the screws, they could get stuck in the bumper panels). But the side access plates and pre-configured screw holes are all there...very intuitive and straight forward install. What I got from e trailer was EXACTLY what you need! Hope that helps!
