Question:
Im looking to add shocks to my 2025 Jayco Pinnacle 32rlts, i believe it has 7000 lb axles, 3inch diameter with 8000 lb springs, and underslung axle. looking at price, the RM-2460 cost $860 but a single axle kit RM-2460-50 cost $341 or $682 for two. i can not see any difference in the Kits, can you give me any reasons why i couldnt buy the single axle kits and put on my tandem axle setup. thanks

No, I can not Ray. Our pricing algorithms weird sometimes with the things like that. Two of the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Add-On Kit item # RM-2460-50 are going to include every single shock, bracket, nut, bolt, and washers included with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers item # RM-2460.
The Roadmaster item # RM-2460-50 shocks are exactly what you need for your 3" round, underslung, 7,000 lbs axles. They're really going to smooth out your ride and absorb bumps during your trips.
What kind of issues are you having that has you adding shocks?

i had shocks on my 2006 Newmar Cypress and it road and towed much smoother. Both campers about same weight and length so shocks are main difference and they wont hurt anything but my pocket book. i do have an issue with the Jayco Pinnacle and the rear axle driver side wheel and all four springs were bent as received from Jayco and are currently being warrantied. The Jayco trailer has the Moryde rubber pin box and CRE400 equalizer and support bar between the driver and curb side equalizer brackets, so adding shocks are all that can be modified short of an complete new suspension setup.
