Dimensions Of Frame Under Thomas Payne Heritage Recliner And How To Mount

Updated 04/27/2026 | Published 04/10/2026

Question:

Hi, this is about the Thomas Payne Heritage recliner TP95KR. What are the dimensions of the bottom frame...the part that bolts onto the flooring? Also, how many attachments points are there just the four corners, or are there additional bolt-downs along the front/rear/side? Were trying to work out a plan to fit this onto a slide that is only about 33. We know were due for some overhang, but need to know how to securely fasten to the slide floor.

Hey George!

Sorry for the delay, but Thomas Payne just got back to me with the frame dimensions on the underside of the recliners in the Thomas Payne Heritage Dual Reclining RV Loveseat w/ Console 64" # TP95KR. Each recliner has a frame measuring 21.5" wide, and 22.5" long on the underside. You can see the attached image they gave me.

As far as mounting goes, Thomas Payne doesn't give any direction as to how to do that since not everyone needs to fix them to the floor. Some people just use door hinges on the floor and bend it in the 90 degree position and fix other side to the sides of the recliner. Some other find ways to attach safety straps or L brackets to the side or back of the recliner either into the bracket or the wood of the chair.

Are you looking for the entire setup like the kit linked above which is two recliners and a center console? Sounds like you were just wanting a single one maybe since you mentioned 33" of space.
