Will ARB Platform Fit 2017 Chrysler Pacifica

Updated 04/09/2026 | Published 04/05/2026

Question:

Hello I have a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that has factory installed crossbars system. I bought this specifically for camping and want to be able to add awning and shower tent to a roof system. I am looking at this ARB34RR because when I enter my vehicle in your website it seems this would work for me. I Want to verify this before spending the money and also ask about the fit kit that is needed to attach to my factory installed crossbars I can not find it, and I want to know if there is an option with locks so it can’t be removed. I also have a Yakima rocket box pro 12 roof box that I would like to know if I can attach to this platform. How wide are each of the crossbars on the platform? I have included some pictures of my bars and roof system. I have also already purchased Openroad quick open overland shower/privacy awning v2 which I believe I can attach to this outer rail with platform with arb attachment. Thank you

Hi Rachael; the ARB Base Platform # ARB34RR will not fit your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. There are no fit kits for your van, and it doesn't mount to crossbars. The only option would be something like the Yakima LockNLoad Platform # Y05044 with the Crossbar Clamps for Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y05039.

Yakima doesn't have a specific fit for a Pacifica, so you will have to determine if this or a different LockNLoad platform is the appropriate size for your roof. Also, you won't be able to add locks with the clamps so that is something you will have to live without. I don't know of any custom fit platforms for a Pacifica, but there may be some out there. You might also want to check into custom work so you can get it set up the way you want it to be.
