Question:
I have a 2018 K-Z Escape 201RB, it has a 35” wheel base. I am looking to purchase the MORyde suspension and was looking at the CRE3000 kit, but i noticed that the distance between outer shackle bolt holes center on center is 8, my existing shackle is 6”. Any suggestions?

Appreciate you reaching out Jeff, you were on the right track!
Since you have a triangle equalizer that measures 6" long, we want to match those measurements when swapping equalizers. MORryde equalizers # MR87ZR is the kit you need even though you have a 35" wheelbase.
The upgraded kit # MR58ZR has 2 1/4" and # MR76ZR has 3 1/8" shackle straps. We advise measuring your shackle straps first before choosing an option.
These kits comes with shackle straps, wet bolts, bronze bushings and locknuts. These upgrades will extend the life of your MORyde suspension.
How is the trailer typically loaded when you’re towing; running close to full weight or more lightly loaded?

I have a 1000 pounds of tongue weight the trailer can carry 1650 of cargo but I don’t have that much in cargo the trailer weighs 8800 pounds I have the equalizer weight distribution hitch , I have a three-quarter ton Chevy Silverado Z 71. It pulls it like it’s not even there the trailer tracks great with that equalizer hitch and I’ve had no problems in wind passing semi‘s or box trucks. I would recommend the equalizer to anyone that wants good weight control. Brian B

I did as you did - contact etrailer for assistance. They are great and spot on with their advice. As James D at etrailer suggested, measure your shackle length, they will steer you to the right option. Installation - can be done solo, but would be better with an assistant. Getting the old parts out is easy, getting things lined up for installation of the new parts can be challenging. But if you own a camper trailer you are probably already handy enough for this to be a DIY project!

I have to say I think the upgrade is a good one I think it took a lot of hard hitting bumps and smooths out the ride of the trailer I have a 2700 RL keystone passport GT it’s not hard to install if you have the tools to do it. Good luck
