Question:
Howdy. I am respectfully requesting your assistance. Can you help me find a preferably Yakima roof basket or other roof cargo accessory that fits on a Yakima Baseline FX system for a 2012 Toyota Corolla S? Bonus points if the Yakima JayLow kayak carrier system can fit at the same time. Options and insight welcomed. Please and thank you!

I would be happy to Richard and welcome back! To add a cargo basket to your Corolla's roof, I recommend the Yakima LoadWarrior item # Y07070. This cargo basket measures 44" Long x 39" Wide and has a 140 lbs capacity.
The Yakima LoadWarrior item # Y07070 comes with four clamps that will tightly secure the basket to your roof rack. They are going to provide a clean grip around your Yakima BaseLine Crossbars item # Y93PB to ensure a stable base for securing your gear.
Your Yakima BaseLine Crossbars item # Y93PB are only 40" wide. There's no roof basket or other accessory option that's going to be narrow enough to allow you to install it with the JayLow Carrier item # Y04073. There's just not enough space on your Corolla's roof for both. The cradle itself measures 11" wide and since your crossbars have no overhang it'll take up over a 1/4" of your usable crossbar space. The Yakima item # Y93QD is only 26-1/2" wide and it's our narrowest cargo box. When you account for the angle of the kayak carrier's support you're going to come up short.
What kind of gear do you plan on putting in your roof basket?

This is exactly the info I needed! Thank you. Mainly outdoor gear and luggage. Might give up the JayLow and opt for a different carrier system that is compatible with this roof rack. I also might look into a light bar and emphasis the whole off-road vibe.
