Hey Jamie, welcome back! The backing plate on the Tandem Axle Trailer Fenders item # HP82VR is 12" tall. It can be welded or bolted to your trailer. The fender measures 9" wide x 72" long x 20-1/2" tall overall and has a outer edge that is 1" wide.
