will this fit my 2023 Keystone Montana 3761FL?

Yes, it will Anthony! The RV Shower Panel item # WAY72YR is designed to go over your Keystone's existing shower head and handle connections. It's 51" tall by 5-5/8" wide so you'll be able to adjust the height placement of it and make sure you cover the holes your old shower head left behind.
You'll just remove the old faucet and handles and connect the hot and cold hoses on the RV Shower Panel item # WAY72YR to your pipes. With the right tools it should take about an hour to get your old fixtures off and the new panel installed. It weighs right at 10 lbs.
Does your shower have the handles mounted flush against the shower wall or are they on a box that extends out?

It’s a one piece handle that rotates left and right.
