Thanks for writing in, I am glad you found us.
For your Dometic Duo-Therm Brisk Air with model number 57915.622, you will want the Replacement RV Air Conditioner Cover for Dometic Duo-Therm - White # DMC69FR. While the product page lists model "57908.321", it is the same cover used for your unit as well, so you are good to go. This cover is more of an off white compared to the brighter white your original one likely had, but it will work great.
I have attached a photo with the dimensions for reference.

Hey Jack, Mine exploded one day when coming home so I bought one of these and it fit perfectly. I took the time to make sure the measurements were correct before ordering. The material was a bit thinner than the one I removed but it’s been functioning perfectly for the past year. I’d buy it again if needed! Good luck!

Hi Jack, Like Kate said, the color is not as white as the original but the off white looks good and the fitment is exact. Easy installion with screws and weather stripping gasket materials included.

Hi Jack, The A/C cover was an exact fit for my Duotherm A/C unit on the roof of my 2008 Gulfstream motorhome. My old cover was crazed and brittle and literally fell apart was I was driving down the road. I was on a trip and had the new cover shipped to my son's house where i was staying. It was packaged securely and arrived in a couple of days. It is attached by a dozen sheet metal screws and the holes lined up perfectly thank goodness. The color was a little darker than the original, but I don't care. It's not a beauty contest. Now I am waiting for the front unit cover to fall apart and I will get another cover from e trailer.
