Question:

I’m building a food trailer and will have commercial 4 burner cook stove with oven. And a 4 tray propane warmer. And a two basket 3burner deep fryer. Is this setup sufficient for my propane needs?

It sure is Phillip. The JR Products Compact Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator item # 37207-31525 handles up to 262,500 Btu per hour. When I added up the Btu usage of all of your commercial grade appliances I used the high range and got right at 260,00 Btu's per hour.

What kind of food do you serve in your food truck?

I used this automatic changeover valve on a forty foot destination trailer. It replaced the original leaking valve. The new valve has been working flawlessly. It’s providing propane for the kitchen stove, water heater and trailer heat. We’ve just gone through the coldest weather streak in sixty five years. This valve worked perfectly. I do recommend getting the optional mounting bracket. Several years ago I installed this same valve on my twenty five foot travel trailer and also used the optional mounting bracket. The optional mounting bracket definitely makes the installation a snap.

@BigR That's a great tip! The U-Post RV LP Gas Regulator Bracket item # 37207-30405 is what you'll need for the Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator item # 37207-31525.
