Eric.. The cap does not include the screw. This is the third cap I’ve replaced. They crack with the vibrations of the truck bed. I’ve secure the last one that cracked with super glue around the edges and it’s been a year and it is secure even when going through car washes. Hope this helps Oscar

The end cap worked and was easy to install. I had the screw from the old one so did not need to order it. However, the end cap is one very expensive piece of hardware.
