We have a Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter Hemi 4x4 Can your tow dolly, handle a 6900 truck?

Hello Kathy,

The only tow dolly we currently offer is the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1. It is rated for 4,250 pounds, so it would not be able to handle the weight of your Ram 1500.

You asked the question on the page for base plate kit # BX3759, so maybe you mean a flat tow set-up. But, that is not the correct fit for your Ram 1500.

That said, I would be more than happy to put together a complete list of the components needed to flat tow your Ram behind your RV. I just need a little more information to make sure we get you set up with the correct parts.

What trim level is your 1500: Tradesman, Express, HFE, SLT, Big Horn (sometimes called Lone Star in certain regions), Outdoorsman, Sport, Rebel, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn, or Limited?

Also, does your RV have air brakes or hydraulic brakes?
