Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport

Question:
I have a 2013 captiva sport, and the plugs that are inside the rear cargo area are only 6 pronged and the ones on a harness I purchased are 8 prong. The one you are selling looks the exact same. Is there an adapter that makes these 2 different connections fit?

I have a trailer wiring harness that will fit your 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport, but there are no adapters available that will allow a custom plug-in style wiring harness for one vehicle to fit another vehicle. For your vehicle, I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C56257. Curt has confirmed that this harness will fit the 2013 and 2014 Captiva Sport.
I have attached a link to the installation instructions for you to check out. To install this harness, you will need to remove some interior trim panels to access the tail light wiring.
