Hey Richard, the Curt hitch part # C13035 is a fit for your 2005 Astro van but it would only have the needed capacity to tow a trailer that weighs 5,200 lb if you were using a weight distribution system like the Equal-i-zer part # EQ37060ET and then since you have a boat trailer you'd also need the pole tongue adapter # EQ95-01-5950.
Without using a WD system you'd be limited to a 4,000 lb trailer weight capacity.
Have you used a weight distribution system before?

Richard, I put this hitch on my Astro van. It was easy and works great. I highly recommend air bag helper springs if you are towing 5200 lbs. I towed a small excavator 100 miles without any issues.
