Will Yakima Low Rider Trailer Work with Rhino Rack Kayak Carrier

Question:

Hello, I am considering buying the Yakima Low Rider trailer. I currently have a Rhino roof rack system for my Honda Ridgeline that I bought from etrailer back in 2018 that includes 2 sets of Rhino fixed J style kayak carriers, and 2 sets of Load Stops for canoes. They are in good condition and I would like to know if I can use them with this trailer. It appears they may work with the Yakima HD bars, but I would like to verify before buying the trailer. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hey Douglas, I checked and you have ordered the Rhino-Rack Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # S510 which does fit on the load bars of the Yakima Low Rider trailer part # Y82QD. What load stop/canoe carrier do you have? I don't see an order that included those.

Great, thanks for checking on that! The other item number is RRRLH2 - Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars. Looks like they were the last item on that original order, and I was mistaken I have one set of those, not two. Much appreciated if you can check these also. Doug

@DouglasM I should have recognized that part number! I thought that was part of the roof rack. But yes, the part # RRRLH2 does fit the Yakima HD bars too!
