Does it come with the screws and sealants necessary to install?

Hello Karie, thanks for reaching out. The Lippert 360 Siphon RV Vent Cap # LC389380 comes just the vent cap assembly. The hardware and sealant are not included. You should be able to puck that up at a local hardware or RV parts store. The picture I included below shows exactly what is included.

It does not. You can reuse your original screws, but check to make sure they are in good condition. You will have to supply your own sealant. Make sure to put a little dab in the screw holes before you reinstall the screws to help seal them.
