I have a 2019 class C that did not come with a camera system. Can I use part FR24QD as a stand alone unit? I want to run power off rear marker light.

The Replacement Camera and Monitor for the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System, part # FR24QD, is technically able to function on its own, but that is not its intended use. It includes only a single side marker camera, so you would need to find a suitable central mounting location if your goal is to monitor directly behind your Class C.
If you're looking for a true stand-alone rear camera system with a dedicated monitor, I recommend the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System, part # FOS43TASF.
