Distance From Center of Hitch Pin Hole to Cage on 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier

Question:
What is the length of the 2inch receiver tube to the cage? I would like to put this carrier on the back of our class c motorhome. The ladder on the RV sticks out and would like to make sure I have enough clearance. Maybe distance from receiver hole to back of cage? Thank you.

Hey Michael! The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the cage on the 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier # e54VV is 19-1/2". As long as the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outside edge of the ladder is less than this measurement you will be able to mount this on the back of your RV.
What will you be using the carrier for?

Michael- I have a class c and there is plenty of room to clear your ladder and bumper. Just as an fyi, the unit is heavy! I really liked the security of locking it at sporting events.
