Had a focus wagon that died and replacing that with a 2024 Subaru Outback. I would like the ability to carry up to 4 kayaks which I could do on my little wagon with thule crossbars and their stacker. I still have this in hand. You recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack for the model and even have a video, but your video is about a subaru wilderness which has a different rail system than the base or premium. Are you sure this will install properly for a premium? If not what would you suggest? Thanks!

Hey Tim, it has been a while but welcome back! You were right to question the fitment of the Malone AirFlow2, this only fits the Wilderness with the raised crossbars. Non-Wilderness models are pretty limited on roof racks, and Malone doesn't have a fit, so the best option is the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Flush Rails # TH74NS.
The Thule WingBars are 47" long, so just a little shorter than the 50" Thule square bars if that is what you still had on your old setup. These will allow you to use your Thule Stacker Kayak Roof Rack # TH830 and get back out on the road with your kayaks.
Four kayaks is a lot, do you go on a lot of family outings? Any big trips coming up?

Hey Tim, how did the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack work out on your Outback Premium? Were you able to get your Thule Stacker mounted and carry all four kayaks securely? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar kayak haul.
