I wish that you could reuse it, but since you are going from a naked roof to a flush rail style, you will need a new system. They also no longer make the feet that worked with the older style square bars.

Since you already know the quality of the Thule rack, I would definitely recommend sticking with the same brand. I would hate for you to switch to something like Malone or Curt and end up a little disappointed. They are both solid options for their price point, but when it comes to overall fit, finish, and long term quality, Thule really stands out.

For your new 2021 RAV4 Hybrid, if you would like to stay with the square bars, you will want the Thule SquareBar Evo Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Steel - Black - Qty 2 # TH94UG.

If you would rather go with the newer, more aerodynamic design, then the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 # TH33SG would be a great choice.

What is great about both of these options is that they install directly into the fixed mounting points on your flush rails. If you take a look, you will see small removable tabs on the rails. The rack mounts right into those spots. That means no measuring and no guesswork, which definitely makes the install that much easier.
