Yes, it will Chris and welcome back. The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK44AV is indeed compatible with the Uni-Track rail system on the 2024 Nissan Frontier. This model fits the 6' bed. If your truck has a 5' bed, you'll need item # BAK94AV. The mounting kits included with these covers include brackets for the rail system.
