The Draw-Tite Class I Trailer Hitch, item # 24787, is not designed for use on the 2009 Honda Accord Sedan. This hitch is designed for Honda Accord Models 2003 - 2007.
Installation of the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch, item # C11496, on the 2009 Honda Accord does not require drilling holes but may require trimming the heat shields (see instructions link).
