No, they do not. The Fit Kit item # TH52KE works with the Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet.
The Replacement Foot item # 7523036002B is for a Thule Rapid Podium Foot Pack.

I have a current Thule set up on a 2018 Audi q5 that I’d like to move to a 2025 Honda CRV. The foot pack Should work I’m just trying to figure out what fit kit is needed to move the racks from the Audi to the Honda
