Hey Oscar. To replace the hitch hardware on your 2007 Toyota 4Runner, you'll need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK.

The item # RHK kit will have all of the bolts, nuts, spacers, washers, and any fish wire tools you need to reinstall your hitch. You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and on the right hand side where it says Hitch Item Number you'll want to insert 13445 if you have the Curt item # 13445 or 75155 if you have the Draw-Tite item # 75155.

If you have another brand of hitch let me know. The item # RHK will provide replacement hardware for Curt, Da'Lan, Draw-Tite, etrailer, Hidden Hitch or Reese trailer hitches.

What brand of hitch do you have and do you know what part number it is?

You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

Hey Jered , thank you for the info . The number stamped on my hitch is PT228-89440 I do not see a name brand on sticker and I think it’s what Toyota s come equiped with from the dealer, it is a class lv I’m hoping to skip the dealer if possible From what videos I’ve seen I need 8 bolts at M12x125 , and 4 bolts at M8x125 I hope this helps Thank you again for your help Oscar H

@OscarH You're welcome and thanks for getting back to me with that part number. The PT228-89440 is definitely the Toyota factory hitch. We wouldn't have hardware for it so don't worry about the item # RHK. Toyota does list the pn PT228-89440-HW as a replacement hardware kit for it. The bolt sizes sound correct for a hitch though. If you don't want to get the Toyota hardware kit you'll need to make sure they're Class 10.9 bolts since they're metric. You should be able to source them at a local hardware store or online.
