Yes it will work with your Ram truck just change the settings I. Your truck to electric over hydraulic. I just installed mine on my 2024 Ram and it works great,

Yes, it worked for me. I have a 2017 Dodge ram Dooley and I’m pulling a 08 Cedar Creek. It made a big difference for stopping. I’m glad I did it.
