Anyone have any idea what the tow capacity is for this auto? Ford gives no info. I dont expect it will be much.

I tried looking up the towing capacities of a 2012 Ford Focus and wasn't able to find any information. This leads me to believe that Ford does not want you to tow with this vehicle. The Curt Hitch part # C11158 that you referenced would be better off used for hitch accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers.
You should note that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt. For this you would want the part # 18050.
