Hey Keith. I checked with Bedslide and you will need the Factory Mount Installation Kit for BedSlide S and Classic item # BE95UV. This is the custom installation kit that is specifically designed for the 2023 GMC 1500 Sierra with the 5-3/4' long bed. This is the install kit that does not require drilling for the BedSlide Sliding Truck Bed Tray w/ T-Tracks item # BE63ER.
