What Width Does The Conventional Ramp Door Spring CB250D96SHD Fit?

Question:
M386FR Looking at this one, says it’s for 94 3/8 to 95 3/8. Wondering what limits that. My opening is 92” inside the trailer is 96” It had a spring setup but it is missing. Appears to have had 2 attachment points similar to this.

Hey Richard,
The M-3 Conventional Ramp Door Spring # CB250D96SHD is actually designed to work with applications 76" to 96" wide. The spring itself can be cut and modified to fit all of those different widths. It does have the same 2 attachment points as your original had. One thing to keep in mine with these ramp door springs is they do need to be installed by a professional who has experience installing these before. Otherwise this will work well for your width.
What kind of trailer are you looking to add it to?
