Any chance that this can mount on an elevate rack?

Hey Lisa, I have a great solution for your but the MOS kayak carrier you referenced won't fit the Elevate bars as they are too wide. Instead you would want the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 which can install by attaching to the top channel of the Elevate bars. The MOS does not have ability to attach to channels.

Yeah. I’m aware of the hullavator, but was interested in this because it is more versatile. Do you have a close up photo of the mount?
