Any chance that this can mount on an elevate rack?

Hey Lisa, I have a great solution for your but the MOS kayak carrier you referenced won't fit the Elevate bars as they are too wide. Instead you would want the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 which can install by attaching to the top channel of the Elevate bars. The MOS does not have ability to attach to channels.
