Hello Garrett,
Yes, the Phoenix Faucets RV Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet - Single Lever Handle - Matte Black # PH24NR will work in a camper’s outdoor kitchen since it’s made for RV plumbing and connects just like other RV faucets. From a basic functionality standpoint, there wouldn’t be any issues getting water to it, so it will do its job as a water source without a problem.
That said, it’s worth keeping in mind that this faucet is actually designed for a bathroom sink. Because of that, the water flow is lighter and the spout is shorter than what you’d typically want in a kitchen. I attached an image of the dimensions. It’s perfectly fine for handwashing, but things like rinsing dishes, cleaning cookware, or filling larger items can feel a little awkward.
