Thanks for your question, Ben.
I searched extensively, but I wasn’t able to find any snow chains confirmed to fit a 700-R16 tire. We do have chains that fit a 7.50-16 tire, like part # TC2821CAM, and they may work for your size with a bit of adjustment.
You might need to remove a few links and use an adjuster such as # TCMA1 to get a tighter fit. It won’t be a perfect or custom fit but, with some tweaking you may be able to make it work.
