Does Taylor Made Boat Fender for Bass Boats Have Needle Valve for Inflation

No directions with product, but appears to have a needle valve hole to air up, is this correct? Also, any tips on best way to tie bass boat fender to a cleat on the gun wale cleat will be directly below the hole in the top of the fender? Thank you

Hey Curt! Yes, the # 36931006 does have a needle valve so you can use an air pump like the # 3691005 or any other standard air pump with a 5/32" needle. You can tie the fender line to the cleat the same way you would on a dock, just use a standard cleat hitch. Since the grommet is directly above the cleat, run the line straight down and secure it with the hitch so the fender hangs at the right height along the side of the boat.
