Hey there, sounds like you’re feeling that classic “E450 bounce” a lot of folks notice when towing heavier trailers. A bigger sway bar is definitely a good start. It’ll help tighten up body roll and give you a more planted feel. We have both front and rear sway bars for the 2024 Ford E450. Here is what I Recommend:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # RM-1139-147
- Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar - 1-3/8" Diameter # RM-1139-189
Adding rear air bags can also help firm up the suspension and stop the excessive bouncing. For that, here is what I recommend:
- Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F22ZR
