No, it is not Edward. The MORryde RV Cargo Slide Tray item # MR93FR has an OSB wooden base. I attached a picture below that shows you the bottom of the tray. The top will be covered by carpet.
The MORryde RV Cargo Slide Tray item # MR93FR has a 800 lbs capacity and extends 60% out from the base. The overall dimensions are 90" long x 39" wide x 6-5/8" tall. The inner tray dimensions are 88-1/4" long x 35-7/8" wide. It weighs 159 lbs.
