Hello Adrian, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Thule Reacha Sport # TH72JS will handle that setup no problem. It’s got an extendable frame that easily fits a 15-foot canoe, and your 29er will tow it just fine since the trailer clamps onto the seatpost. Wheel size doesn’t matter. Just make sure you’ve got a bit of seat tube showing for the mount, and strap the canoe down snug with a couple of cam straps. Add a bow and stern line if you’re going far, and keep things balanced so it tracks straight. It’s a slick little hauler once you get it set up right.

Thanks Jesse! That's great news. I've been looking for something like this. Next question. I mostly commute on road but do find myself on dirt, gravel and sand at times. Should I go ahead and get the fat tire version of the trailer to cover all my bases or is the additional weight and width of the fat tires noticeably slower on pavement? Also I see you sale the fat tires separately if you want both sets of tires. But I don't see where you offer the road tires separately. Are those also available as a secondary purchase? Thanks for your help!

@Adrian Hey Adrian, glad to help! Both sets of tires will preform fine on road, so you would not really notice much difference there. The wider tires will move way better on sand and gravel though, so I do recommend getting those if you plan to be on those kinds of surfaces. We do carry the fat tires by themselves as part # TH74BS but I am not seeing we have the road tires available for separate purchase at this time. I am sure you could get a set from Thule, it just isn't a part we offer here.
