What Footprint Does The VCMS12RGPR Leave When Installed?

Question:
I have a 2007 rv with a voyager camera. I know the VCMS36rgp has a different shape than the old style but does the cover have the same footprintinch as the old style? When I took the old one off the rv wasnt painted underneath so I was wondering if the new one had the same coverage as the old one? Thank you

Hey Joe,
I ran out and grabbed # VCMS12RGPR from the warehouse to grab some quick measurements for you. I went ahead and measured the rubber gromet it sits on that would cover that part of the trailer for you. I will attach a picture as well. The footprint it will leave on your trailer is going to be 3-1/4" x 1-1/2".

Nick thank you for going the extra mile to help me with my camera question. Unfortunately my housing is 2" x 4" so quite a bit of the unpainted surface will show. I have a 2007 Safari Simba. Thanks again.
