Will the wedge 660 fit a 2018 a4 all road and if so what other parts will I need to install this is the rack I already havelook at images

Hey Lev, yes the Inno Wedge 660 roof box part # INBRM660BK that you referenced can be used with your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad that has raised side rails currently but you will need to install a set of crossbars for the box to attach to first.
For that we have an Inno rack that fits your vehicle with the part # IN86YV that will work great and looks nice too since it's a flush bar rack. This will give you a more OEM roof rack look that will work great and also includes locks.
