It sure does Matt! The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7235 does indeed fit the 2012 Honda Civic sedan hybrid. This is a custom fit hitch with a 2" receiver that bolts directly to your Civic with included hardware. This hitch has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 300 lbs maximum tongue weight. However, I recommend verifying what your car's actual capacity is and going off of those numbers.

@MatthewG You're welcome! The item # 306-X7235 hitch is going to work great with a bike rack. When we installed this we found out that the hitch pin hole sits 3" inside the rear edge of your back bumper.
