Hello Rj; the Swagman Truck Bed Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # S64702 will not fit the 2021 Honda Ridgeline. However, you can use the Swagman Impakt Bike Rack # S62FR or a tailgate pad like the Swagman Tailwhip # S64761.

The Swagman Impakt rack has a weight capacity of 45lbs, which i less than the weight of my ebikes.

Two fat tire electric bikes. I think your suggestion is best. The bike don’t fit with front wheel on in the bed.
