Yes, they are Martin and thanks for the picture. You will need a locking plate to use a Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch like item # DM8550024 with a Curt Helux pin box.

The correct one is the Demco Autoslide Locking Plate for Lippert Helux Pin Boxes item # DM53KV. This will keep the king pin from rotating inside your Demco Autoslide 5th wheel hitch. I attached a screenshot from the instructions so you can see how to get it setup.

The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # DM8550024, you were looking at, is designed to fit the Ford F-250's and F-350's with the factory puck system.

What year and model is that Keystone you're looking at?

Thanks for the reply Jerred. I order a F250 with the 5th wheel/goose-neck prep. I'm looking at the Cougar 26RES. This is my first 5th wheel. I'm planing on adding air helpers and larger rear sway-bar. Anything else I should consider?

@Martin You're welcome! Congrats on the new truck and 5th wheel trailer! An on board air compressor is the only thing I would add to your list. I've listed all the parts you'll need for your truck below. For air bags that fit your 2025 F-250, we have the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL29DQ for 4WD models or the item # AL88391 for 2WD models. Both have a 5,000 lbs capacity and come with everything you need to complete the installation. They are compatible with the factory puck system. I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone. For sway bars, I have two options that again depend on whether or not your truck is 2WD or 4WD. I have listed them below: 2WD - Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter item # HE34YR 4WD - Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter item # HE44FR
