Roof Vent Gear Not Lining Up on RV

Question:
The lift motor on the bathroom roof vent is no longer in contact with the gear to lift the vent cover. There is no obvious mounting method. Any idea how this is supposed to stay in place? I thought maybe a couple small pins or screws, but there was nothing sitting in the screen that could have fallen off the assembly.

Hey William, does the screw above the big gear need to be tightened? Just looking at it in that one angle that is only thing that stands out that it could be.
