Hi George!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11132 does not include the wiring. It is just the hitch and hardware needed to install it. For the wiring, you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55532. This is a plug and play harness, so the install will be nice and easy.
