Hi Steve!

For salt water applications, I always recommend Aluminum wheels. Galvanized steel will hold up better than raw or painted steel, but aluminum is king in this regard. You still want to clean them off after they get all salty as aluminum does technically corrode from salt exposure, but it takes a lot longer to do so. It is going to me more expensive to go with aluminum wheels (most of the time), but they tend to have much nicer looking designs too.

Do you know what size and bolt pattern you need? I can definitely find you some good options.

Hey Steve, did you get a chance to pick out aluminum wheels for your boat trailer? Once you know the size and bolt pattern, I can help narrow down the best options. Your update could make it easier for others choosing wheels for salt water use.
