Hey Clifford. The TowSmart Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler item # TS32FR requires four 3/8" bolts through the side holes torqued to 20 ft-lbs. The mounting holes are 1/2" and are spaced 3-1/2" apart. This is a 2" coupler that fits 2-1/2" or 3" wide trailer tongues.
