Recommended E-Bike Rated Bike Rack for a Class I 1-1/4" Hitch

Question:
I have a 2025 Prius with a class 1 hitch 1 1/4. can you recommend a bike rack that can support two e-bikes one is a step through 45 lbs each. Thanks

I would be happy to Alan, and welcome back! For a class I 1-1/4" hitch, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202. This bike rack has a 65 lbs capacity per bike and a built in ramp for easy loading and unloading. The padded clamps are great for step thru frames because they allow you to secure your bike's by the seat post or handle bar post.
The Thule EasyFold item # TH903202 weighs only 45 lbs and folds up like a suitcase. It has wheels installed in the bottom so moving it around and storing it is super easy. It also has a tilt function that will allow you easy access to your trunk with the bikes on or off the rack.

Hey Alan, how did the Thule EasyFold XT work out on your Prius with those two e-bikes? Were the padded clamps and ramp easy to use with your step-through frame? Your update could make it easier for others with similar setups.
