The Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack # Y02633 and any other trunk bike racks will not fit your 2022 Toyota Prius Prime because your vehicle has a glass roof and the trunk bike racks have metal clamps so they will not fit safely onto your vehicle. We do have different options for you though. I recommend installing The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7369.I like this trailer hitch over the other hitches that we have for your vehicle because it has a completely hidden cross tube that will be concealed behind the rear bumper and when the hitch is not being used you can remove the receiver which makes it look like there is no hitch installed on it at all.

For the bike rack I would recommend The Saris Freedom Bike Rack # SA4412B. I like this bike rack because it comes with independently-adjusting cradles that are perfect for both women's bikes and children's bikes. It also super lightweight at 22.5 pounds. I know this is not what you wanted to hear but a hitch mounted bike rack is better than a trunk mounted bike rack in my opinion because of how simple the installation process is. Also the hitch mounted bike rack will be way more sturdy when compared to the Yakima FullBack 3.
